Return Policy

Returns and exchanges

Returned merchandise must be unused and free of dirt and malfunction caused by non-man-made defects. The 7-day appraisal period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the merchandise meets your needs, not a trial period for the merchandise; if the store has prompted you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer carton) intact, or we will not accept the return of the merchandise.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
More than 7 days of product appreciation.
The merchandise has been unpacked and used, or damaged by human factors, such as: dirt, malfunction, damage, abrasion, scuffs, scratches, and dirt.
Returned goods with damaged or incomplete packaging, or invoices, accessories are not complete.
Rogue or mass returns.

Returns Process
Contact customer service → Confirm the returnability → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide the collection time, contact information, and address → Collect the goods by the logistics commissioned by the store.

Replacement items must be unused and free from dirt and malfunction caused by non-man-made defects; if you are prompted by our store, please keep the original packaging (including the outer carton) intact, otherwise, we will not accept the replacement items.

Exchange Process

If you and the Store mutually agree to process an exchange, please return the original order and place a new order at the Store; we will send you an invoice for the difference only and charge or refund the fee; if there is no difference, there will be no need to process it separately.
